I'm looking at my partial kit (no fuel system, and oil return line), and the turbo itself wouldn't be more than 5 hours for a stage two if you are mechanically savvy and you work straight through. Fuel system, might want to spend some time with that since the directions are a bit on the foggy side. I just hope the old parts are not rusted on there. If so, i would give all bolts visible a quick squirt of liquid wrench the night before. Make sure you have all of the tools (mainly a deep socket 1 1/16", and o2 sensor socket , gaskets, sealent, hoses and lines before you start.
read the instructions carefully (atleast 3 times) before you start taking shit apart. I hope this helps. If you have anyother question, check out Corbins page. He's got some good advice. otherwise I'll be going through the same shit you'll be doing pretty soon. I still haven;t figure out how the fuel system hooks up...:o(
kaiser soon to be HRC equipped...

LAST EDITED ON 05-Sep-01 AT 04:40 AM (PST)two days max if you have all the tools and an assistant (and dont break anything crusial). Since you have a 95' it should be simular to my install (and easier than 96up models thank god).

2 days...no assistant. (many bruised, cut, and bleeding hands later...) (let's not forget the countless expletives!)
Have fun!

Good luck with it. You need to bring it up to Atl one of these days. Also go to se-dsm.com since you are in the area.

took several days... mainly because i hda to keep running out for tools i didnt have (oil sensor, o2 sensor sockets, etc)... and no assistant.. and no floor creeper! oh my back was killing me for that one.. also, i spent FOREVER on the fuel system.... i take long since i quadruple check everything. if i had to do it again, maybe a day. after gettting some phone and online help i got the fuel system figured out.
