Does anyone live in northern VA who has a turboed 420a. Since I want to go turbo and know nothing so far (except for the knowledge gained after reading 1,000 posts from the search menu), I think it would be easiest if I could just see for myself everything that needs to be done.

Yah me too, because I am going to be getting a turbo within the next 2 weeks...well that is when I will have the money at least. Just depends if there is one for sale by then.

Hey I live in Va Beach, VA and I will probably be needing help when I get mine!

Not a problem! I'm always willing to take a road trip! I used to go to ODU in Norfolk so I know my way around there somewhat well (it's been a while). I'm about 3 1/2 hours from VA Beach from where I am. Just so long as I have a place to crash for the weekend and some food, I'm all set!

Hell yeah man, I have a spare bedroom you can sleep in. And I will supply all the food and beer you can consume. I will have my wife hook us up on all the meals.

I will let you know when I get the kit, should be within the month I am hoping.

I'm in Gainesville, right off of I-66/Rt.29. HRC kit, built engine, 8 injector, etc. We could probably get a few locals together to give you opinions on turbo kits.

When I get the turbo kit to install, I will post it so all Virginians are welcome to come and hangout for the turbo install. You can all crash at my house as well. I could grab a few cases of beer if I know who all will be coming.

I'd say probably 4 or 5. MAybe more?

We should really start setting up a central VA DSM meets. I know its starting to get cold, but I am willing to go and hit up Hooters or something with ya'll.

i was trying to get you to go turbo over a year ago. glad to see your almost there.

I know man, I was more into the show at the time. I am now leaning more towards the go now. I can see myself by next year being around the 250whp mark. I want to start slow and ease my way in gradually and learn everything there is to know. And learn from others mistakes as much as I can. I will give you a call little_FTO.

I live in VA beach right down the street from you. I'm boosting 17 psi on the street and 24 at the track on a stage 4-like setup. I'll help you out if you want.

I'll be turboed in two or three weeks, just got my motor back from the machine shop,im in newport news. It would be cool to meet some other 420a turbos in Va.

Hey matt_95 why don't you stop by sometime then if you live down the street from me? I have seen quite a few eclipes drive by the house, but none ever stop. If you would like to give me a hand, I have the money to go turbo now and I have a couple questions on some different options I am pondering on!

When I said right down the street, I didn't mean literally. I have no idea where you actually live, I just read that you live off of Rosemont and I live near there as well. Right now I'm back in Michigan for xmas and new years, but we should get together sometime after that.
