Well I am not quite sure what is happening... I got the car started (1st time since turbo add on) and I got the idle fuel pressure to about 55 psi. When I rev the engine in neutral, the guage barely moves goes to like 63 psi or something like that. I went back and listened to the pump to see if it was working and all I can hear is a REAL faint high pitch noise. Is this pump supposed to be louder?? I just wanna make sure everything is working properly before I take er out. Also, When I rev the engine in neutral, The highest my boost gauge reads is 0 vac. Is that normal... should it read boost?? And finally, am I supposes to have that vac line on the very left side of the fuel rail (standing in front of the car) hooked up? The instructions show that the BOV connects where that used to be. Thanks for any help you can give me!!

Some seem to be louder than others.

This is also normal. You will only see boost when under load.

All the vacuum lines you took off need to be connected to something when you're done and there should be no open ports on the intake.

my fuel pump is LOUD. maybe you dont have enough volts going to it? I used 12 gauge wire instead of 18 going into the relay. The noise has to do with the volts, since my pump gets quiter when i turn the head lights on and lose .5 volts or so (i have a voltmeter).

The Vac port on the leftmost side of the fuel rail is for the stock fuel pressure regulator (1995 cars). Leave this one open to the atmosphere. This will fix your minimum fuel pressure around 40-something psi. The HRC fuel pressure regulator will take care of raising fuel pressure above that value.

You mean leave the vacuum line open to atmosphere, not the port right? I would think you'd have a pretty nasty vacuum leak if you left the port open.

Cap the manifold, leave the regulator port open

yeap...thats what I meant. This should fix minimum fuel pressure at 47-50 psi.
