I am about 10 minutes away from having my HRC Stage 2 kit done and I need to know which panel under the rear seat the fuel pump is under on a 95 Eclipse and which wire connected to it is the + hot one.

it is under the panel on the left. closest to the passenger side wall. don't know what you mean by "hot wire"

one outboard on the passenger side. middle panel is tank sender unit?(the thing that tells how much gas is in the car.
