just wanted to ask before i look around to see if someone will make one for it. i want to order the qtek and i want a 3 in dp first. i have the ner mani and t3/4. wasnt sure if the dp made for the star kit would fit properly. thanks again for all the help.

No shops around there will do this for you? I would think you need some flanges, and some tight radius bends and you could get a shop to do the welding and what not.

I was one of the 2-3 people who actually got SOME (not all) my parts from that assfaceknobslobber but anyway. I have pics of the downpipe i received somewhere (stainless steel my ass) if that would help you in your quest.

You can't weld a 3" to that flange... not without pain and gnashing of teeth anyways.

Just weld a 3" pipe over the 2.5" pipe down by the oilpan, HRC style. That's how the NER 3" DP I have is. I can take a pic of it if you want, but its really obvious.

I welded 3" to mine no problem....not sure why you say that.

Do you have a NER kit? or a STAR kit?

I say that because on the NER DP I have, the entire flange is only 3" wide. To weld a 3" pipe on to it, you'd have to make the welds around the side of the flange, and grind out holes for the bolts. The bottom one is already next to impossible to remove with 2.5" piping.

I can build you one, I have all the pipe and misc stuff. I would just need to order one of those 5 bolt flanges. Problem is I don't have any way to test fit it. :shrug
