Injector size and idle pressure are independent. I'm assuming you want to find the pressure needed to have similar fuel delivery with different size injectors. All that can be found at RC's site: http://www.rceng.com
If that's not what you're asking for, try asking again, b/c that's about all I could understand from ^^^ question.

Yeah basically, I need to figure out the psi at idle I would need for 255cc injectors and 270cc. My goal being 6-7 psi. I'll checkout the links.

easy enough. I'll make several assumptions though.
1. your stockers are 235cc rated at 43.5psi 2. your stock fuel pressure is 50 (it's rated as a range actually)
the flow rate of your stock injectors is
(sqrt(50/43.5))*235 = 251.95cc/min
In order to equal that w/ 270cc injectors, you would need your fuel pressure to be: (sqrt(x/43.5))*270 = 251.95cc/min
where x = 37.88psi
from there you'd need to do other calculations and graphs to match the flow rise rate of your stock system (if it has one) etc etc.
