Once i save up or borrow enough money i'm going to get either a star stage II or HRC stage II (leaning towards star for FMIC). I was just wondering about installation, I currently live in Harrisonburg, VA. not really a big city place. I'm pretty confident that i can install the turbo system by myself, but if i did run into trouble and needed some professional help i'm wondering where i could go. Where can you get a turbo installed? thanks for any info you guys can give me. Later

don't have the answer to your problem, bit just watch out for the WRX even though you get the kit. They have AWD and they can have an awesome launch on you. If you can get them on the launch then I believe you can easily destroy him. With so much power on a front wheel drive, your bound to have a lotta tire spin and wheel hop.

I second that. I saw a WRX waste a Mustang GT off the line.
You stage 2 should be able to handle that WRX on the freeway. However when it comes to canyon racing...good luck.

Ah foey. It supposedly has "composed" suspension and 4WD but will that really make up for dropped/shocked/rimed and tired eclipse, integra or civic ect? I dont think too many would have the balls to ever find out, it leaning half over while your KYBs on 3/7 barely hunch down and your brigstones and negative camber haven't even breathed hard yet. I wouldn't worry about it. Its over 3000lbs and has 227hp. You will be 2700-2800lbs and have 225hp to the wheels. I think they'll still have to sprinkle gravel on the road to out run you, that is until the 2002 STi hits with the 275hp engine (yes its coming here!).

Oh and I dont know what thats close to in VA but the only problem I can see anybody having is removing a stuck bolt or not having a proper tool, in any case I dont think any special shop credentials are required (hell I installed one anybody can). Sometimes intercooler piping is hard or impossible to make fit. thats when you start forcing and cutting sh*t until it does.

My friends WRX is a beast, that thing will throw you back in your seat then pin you down ala WWF, it's a fun car to drive. But one thing about it is the clutch sucks, but thats my own opinion. Anyway, hopefully i can find a shop around here that at least knows what a turbo is...(Turbo? what in tarnation is that? it's french right?) My grandpa has a sh*t load of tools so hopefully it won't be that bad.

The Lancer is what God probably drives. It's a lot better than the WRX in my opinion. Better looks and isn't it faster?

Lancer will kick the imprezas a$$, the boxer engine just can't make the HP the inline 4 can, IMO. I can't wait for the Lancer VII to come to the US. I'd laugh if Nissan got on the bandwagon and introduced the Skyline soon. that would just be freaking awesome... *drool*.... inline 6 twin turbo....*drool*, i think God drives a Skyline R34... hehe.

rumor has it that a R35 is in development. i came across a picture of it in C/D. forgot what issue. but I cut out the picture. they projected a v6 400hp or a v8 from the infiniti Q line. either way if nissan introduce the Siliva, Skyline or Mitsu and Sube bring over the EVO or STi, you can bet your ass that I'll be the biggest d a$$hole driver oh the street... i know some of you already are...you turbo guys :P

I got a little question, in the skyline, theres the R32, R33, and R34, what do they stand for? the engine is RB26DETT so its a 2.6 ltr twin turbo right? but the R32 makes it sounds like a 3.2 liter or something...

I don't know exactly what R32 R33 R34 means, but they all do have a different body style, so i'm guessing it's just different versions, instead of calling the Skyline R34 the Skyline type 4, they just used the R34... or something like that... yeah....
