Don't tell me Bill took the stickers off the extra injector controller?
James, whats the model # of the injectors, and the AIC (if it is listed on the bill of sale or packaging, etc..) or any other part model #'s
So, all your missing is software and the rail mainly? Thats not bad... I figured he'd just send the spacer, lol

there is no model number on the AIC. its not the same one that someone posted before. also.. this aic is supposed to be programable however there is no place to hook it to a computer.

looks like the split second AIC brain, just debadged... Bill has a funny way of doing that... Took me 2 weeks and little help from HRC to find out what model DFI they had sold me since they debadged it as well...

yeah this doesn't have the serial port. im going to open it tomorrow and find out what the deal is. i told bill to send me the software and he said he would which means it should be programable.

If you remove the lid of the AIC, you will see the serial port...

So I was wondering, if you are running the other secondary injectors in boost, how does the stock primaries run? Would you have to run the stock fuel pressure regulator, and reinstall the returnless fuel line? I was wondering this the other day...

No. Install a 1:1 Regulator and keep the return line.

It looks cool but I would be concerned about how I would portmatch it to fit my current head with custom intake manifold. Does it look like it would be portable or would that screwup where the extra injectors go?
|
76362, RE: HRC's Port Fueler Pictures! Posted by Super20G, Sep-12-04 06:09 AM
The blueprints were made using dimensions of a bone stock head and intake manifold I believe, anything different, you would probably want to talk with bill directly.

man, 300 bucks just seems like an aweful lot for a spacer... or have i been misinformed on the price? My buddy has CNC machines and all that jazz, I think I might have a chat w/ him so maby he can tell me how dumb i am for bitching @ the price.

76377, RE: HRC's Port Fueler Pictures! Posted by dougie2, Sep-12-04 01:41 PM
Supply and demand... that's why they're $300.

If you put long hard months into researching and developing something innovative for a 2GNT like this, paid another shop to produce nice cnc billet aluminum products, and also had to pay your employees to sell and support it... how much would you charge a retail customer?

See, now that's what I was wanting to hear. Now if he'd quit calling people and explaining everything and SELL the fuckin things, maby he can generate a little ROI. :rolleyes
