I have the hahn turbo kit on my car and i've been driving for a couple months with no problems. Than for the past 3 months i've been spending money out the a** trying to fix it. It'll keep hiccupping, hesitating, sometimes it'll just cut off when i'm driving, and this wierd thing were when i'm driving the car will start to lose power and i can't really accelerate. It's killing me. I've tried tons of things to fix it, i've replaced the Coolant temp. sensor, replaced the thermostat, changed spark plugs, wires and ignition tower. And now this mechancic thinks it's my ignition switch, which i think is stupid. Please help me if you can, greatly appreciate it.

Sounds fuel related to me. A clogged fuel filter will cause those symptoms. Give your fuel setup a check up. Check for kinks in your lines and they aren't obstructed at all.

This is a LONG-SHOT, but with the way these cars are, you never know....but... I removed my EGR pipe and blocked off the holes = no hesitation for me. I tried EVERYTHING to stop the hesitation, just like you, but nothing worked. For some strange reason that did, and I AM NOT COMPLAINING. Its so nice to drive a non-hesitating car again.
