I've seen catch cans, like the greddy or ones on ebay, they have two inlets, but there is not a spot for a breather filter. Can we run one of these catch cans, and run the two hoses off the valve cover to it? I thought we needed a breather, do we?

the real answer here is Yes, you can use those. I have a jaz one and it has both and in and an out, along with a breather. You would be fine.
