I put my car on the dyno to read out the A/F (wideband) ratio last week and I realized the SFMU isnt providing the proper rise rate. I have the largest disc in right now. I´m running 37lb injectors and at idle my ratio is perfect. I set the fuel pressure by priming the pump at 20psi and while idling it is slightly above 10psi. At full boost I only get about 40 psi pressure... not enough fuel (i think it should be giving me arouind 60). What could the problem be? I thought of different possibilities like the fuel pump is malfunctioning (the inline does prime and make its usual loud noise, however). I also thought maybe for some reason the SFMU isnt sensing the boost correctly (of course I have vaccum tapped to the intake manifold). Anyone else have this problem?

Oh yea.... on the wideband Im a lil rich... about 14... but at losst it only goes down to about 13.5 Shouldnt I be around 11 or so? Anyway, all help is appreciated.

14 on the wideband? That is stoichiometric my friend, mor elike lean rather rich. Rich would be 11:1. Remember it is particles of air for particles of fuel. So 14 is higher particles of air, meaning lean. You should be hitting around 11.7 at 10psi of boost. That is just my 2 cents, other people may disagree with me.

Damn it... I was vague as hell. I meant to say at IDLE i am at 14. When I boost I drop to only 13.5, so yes, like you said, I am lean. Thats when I stopped dynoing. The SFMU for some reason isnt providing the good enough curve. I have the largest disc in. However, I am not getting enough fuel. F.P. is 20psi set by priming the pump several times. Idle F.P. drops to about a lil over 10psi and at 4-5 psi of BOOST it goes to 40psi. What could the problem be? I have 37lb injectors in.

THEGAME - Yup I just got it put in and it seems to be doing great. I can´t break the engine in yet tho cause this fuel problem.

Make sure your fuel lines from sfmu are not crimped.

Ok I'll check for crimped lines but i doubt it cause we just installed the engine and had the sfmu hanging over the fender with all the lines visible. Any other possiblities?
