What size drill bit did everyone use to drill the hole for the injector bosses. I got the ones that corbin sells today (thanks corbin). Also does anyone have any idea what size the three bolts are that hold the rear motor mount to the tranny, mine have stipped out.

Do you mean stripped out for the bolt holes? If so that's not good...
They bolt heads are like 14mm thread is probably an M10 something.
If the holes in your trans are stripped, start looking for a helicoil kit.
