73995, SFMU rising FP in -Hg?

i dont know if this thing is sposted to do this, but when i get on the gas, with the car still in vaccum it rises my fp. its at like 20psi idle, and if i get the car upto -10inHg, then it shoots to like 40psi fp. i really dont think this is right. my thingy broken?
