Okay, so my stock radiator re-ruptured today and is no longer able to be repaired. Also, I've only been using a driver's side fan because my vehicle's frame is bent slightly inward and the passenger fan wouldn't fit with the 20G turbo.

I need an aluminum radiator and fan combo (that'll fit) ON Friday... which means I'll need to buy tomorrow and have it shipped overnight.

What's my best bet? Does Summit Racing have anything that'll work. I'm pinched for time so if anyone has part numbers and suggestions I'd really appreciate it.

Fluidyne makes them I think and most use it with SPAL fans. Someone hosted some pics of them at KM...lemme go dig around for a min.

Doug, I have a Fluidyne radiator and 220 FAL fans. Fits fine with no problems on my HRC s20g setup.

Ohhh man that looks sweet. I want one now. I can leave it sit in may garage like all the rest of the parts waiting to be installed...lol

I think the C&R would work too.
for 410 shipped I think. They come with a Fan. Spal. Flows enough to replace both stock fans.

Summit carries the FAL fans as well.

I'm going to use a single stock fan until I have more funds available next week... then I'm getting the FAL or Flex dual fans. I like the streamlined appearance as opposed to the SPAL fans. The nice thing about the SPAL fans is that they're cheap as hell and pull a lot of air. I'm not sure if any of them use the stock fan connections though... I'm using the DFI for that.

The C&R is great for the price, coming in almost a hundred bucks cheaper than the fluidyne. I do get them relatively quick if your interested hit me up. Good luck either way.

Are the radiator and fan still bigger than stock? I'm looking for an aluminum radiator but my setup is super close to my fans.

My hood barely touches the new Fluidyne radiator when closed. Anyone else have this issue? I'm going to modify the lower support brackets when I install the Flex-a-lite fans this weekend. I'm thinking that'll fix things.

The Fluidyne is actually doing a fine job of cooling, even without any cooling fans... although underhood temperatures are extreme. Fans are still necessary but I'm very pleased with the Fluidyne's cooling capabilities.
