im getting so frustrated with this. there is something about the tempurature.... this AM 72ish deg. outside, 6-8 boost runs to 10 psi with no problems. i did have 1 minor fuel cut at the end of a 3-4 second boost run, but the next run was fine.
this afternoon, the temp was 92+ degrees and i got no boost, just fuel cut right off. never touched a thing before or after. my unit is in the cab, not the engine bay so im sure it gets hot enough in there to the point of where the unit may be holding residual heat becaue it dosent get the airflow like it would under the hood to keep it cool, or at least to get it cooler. what other issues could there be?
i promise this will be the last post i make about this untill i do some other things to try and remedy this....
thank you guys for your help and suggestions thus far. i really appreciate it.

Do you call it fuel cut because your a/f meter indicates as such or because of the stuttering sensation?
If it's stuttering, I still recommend messing with your "fuel cut below" until it goes away. I had this annoying problem for quite a while until I found a good point to set it at (ex. 93-94).
Nothing associated with your efi should cause a "fuel cut" unless your efi unit is going out intermittently. If that's the case, it's either internal or externally electrical related.

Do you 034 guys still run with a check valve or some sort of MAP voltage limiter to the ECU?

i call it fuel cut because once it hits 2-4psi, it, jerks once, bogs out and wont wont do anything more. it doesn't stutter, just the one continuos "cut".
when i lowered my fuel cut to below my atmospheric of 99.7, i think that is the reason i flooded my car by just trying to blow off my BOV. raw fuel ran out of the muffler, and i had to be towed. if its dumping that much extra fuel in without the needed extra air of boost, im not sure thats a good thing...
if that were the case why would i get boost 5-6 times sometimes, but not others?
im going to take picutes of all my damn connections and wiring so you guys can see and make sure i didnt douche it up!!!!!!!!
i will run my wideband in the am to check for any weirdness, but when i did it last time, my numbers were getting in to the 10's and 9's for richeness with the cut.

Fuel rail harness. ---Blue to inj. 1 & 3 ---Yellow to 1 & 4 --- Red to inj. power.
 differnt angle of inj. harness.
this is how i have my relay wired to the corresponding poles. white = 86, black = 85, blue EFI side = 87, blue battery side = 30, 87a = not used.
 relay.

EFI connections sans plug to show good connections and correct placement. all are soldered as well.
so...????

Next time you hit your "fuel cut", look at the laptop 034 screen with it active. Take a look at the real time duty cycle of the injectors, its right on the upper right of the screen, and is in milliseconds. Note what your scaler number is, and then note what the real time duty cycle number is. If the real time number is very close or almost at the scaler number, esp if you are only boosting several psi, then the 034 is dumping in way too much fuel. Just an idea for something to look at. I'm still thinking you have an internal issue with the 034, but who knows..You did solder the pins on the unit, so i dont know if heating up the pins on the unit itself melted anything or made a bad connection issue somewhere inside the 034. If it works fine at times, then it doesnt, that really sounds like a connection issue "somewhere"...Have you looked at the "kpa" value on the laptop screen when it bogs?? What does it read? Does it correspond with the proper boost pressure you are running? To me it sounds like the 034 is just dumping mad amounts of fuel only at times...maybe a bad internal MAP sensor thinking its at a higher boost pressure..who knows..just sounds electrical to me, weather it be external or internal
