Im putting together a custom turbo setup and i was wondering whats the max horsepower i can squeeze out of an T25 or an 14b turbo charger?, since i can probabaly get those for free.

A list of other neccesary items, or things i neeed to do:
Custom manifold
SFMU
missing link
Walbro 255 fuel pump(Maybe if necessary)
custom 2.5 downpipe
SS fuel and oil lines
Boost Gauge
1g intercooler with piping and bov

Things I have now:
2.5 Apexi N1 exhaust
UDP (which is killing my belts)

Is there anything else you guys think I need, I've done my research and the items above are basically the norm for a turbo setup. I also know that the T25 is small as sh$t, but I just want some decent power gains Around 190-250 to the crank. So will i be able to acheive that with a T25 or 14b along with the setup above.

I believethe T-25 maxes out at about 275hp....and the 14b at about 300hp. Dont quote me....but I think thats about right

Personally, I would say 225 or so on the t25 and around 270 with the 14b. I'm about to help a local GST guy upgrade to a 14b. I think it flows around ~400cfm or so. Check vfaq.com for flow charts. =)

the T25 on my GSX put out a max 210 whp. Thats AWD. But I have seen the 14b put down some nice timeslips and numbers... I would def go with the 14b turbo if any I see 1g guys running 12s with them.

So is that 210-225 at 15+ psi with the T25 and 270-300 at 15+ psi with the 14b, I plan on running around 5-7psi so can some give me an estimate how much hp i would be pushing.

The T25 is great for autox, but pretty shitty for full on power. If you want to go cheap get the T25 to start. But you will want to get the 14b/16g eventually to make any real power. I know I have had a T25 and am now upgraded to teh 14B. The 14B spools considerably slower, but does make more power. Also the power feels more consistant with the 14b. Meaning at higher rpm it does not drop off as much.
