with regard to an 8-injector set-up, does anyone see anything wrong or "iffy" about this idea...

i figure, since stock injectors will be on the primary rail and 4AN is the stock size, AND since i have had no problems running 410's on 4AN size now, that once moved to the secondary position, that 4 AN should be fine there to. since 6 AN an support mor HP than i will ever make, that should be good for inlet and return. if i have to customize some fuel rails i might as well make it more "work on" friendly rather than trying to adapt to the stock fuel line inlet and outlet.

I don't see why it would not work, but i think its just a bit easier to use the stock test port for the feed to the second rail. No T's to buy..Also, Aeromotive makes a FPR that has 2 inlets to it, so you could run the outlets of both rails directly to the FPR without using a T..But i just ran a line from my stock rail to the second rail, then the outlet of the second rail directly to the inlet of the FPR..

Running the two rails in parallel like in your diagram would probably result in fuel pressures that were more similar in the two rails.
However, it's so much easier just to hook them in series, and I doubt there is THAT much of a difference as long as the input and outputs of the two rails are large enough in order not to create a restriction.

Looks nice. I just added a tee on the supply line going to the stock fuel rail and connect the additional fuel rail. Is working good and I'm still using the stock fuel pump.

I can't think of any reason why you couldn't run them in parallel. I considered it too, but took the easy way and ran them in series. I believe that Summit sells some decen "Y" blocks for such purposes. Whatever it takes for you to sleep at night.

My new setup will run the rails in parallel, just trying to figure out a system with 0 return lines from the engine compartment.
Is running the stock pump O.K. with the 8-inj? The walbro's are a little loud and I am saving for a Denso unit, but not if you can prove me the stock pump works. I use it instead of spending more money.
