Also.. what about BKR7EVX-11 ?
All of these seem to be different types of plugs. Iridium plugs, laser plantinum plugs.. etc..
Which one do I buy?

the vx's are iridium, the bkr7e-11's are platinum v-grooves. i stock em' at my store. i've yet to use the iridium ones, but i've heard it's best when using to get less misfires. i'll try them when i dyno next month just to be on the safe side.

RRE has them always in stock. 1.50 /plug. They are also used in the Mazda 323 GTX and the 2.0L Golf FYI. I think one day Imma try the Silverstones/Beru plugs for giggles.

BKR7E plugs are gapped to around .032 out of the box, while the 11's you have to close the gap considerably..I always get the BKR7E plugs..

ah christ your right matt, it is the bkr7e's that are gapped right, not the -11's.

I am N/A so I use the BKR5E-11s and they are not platinum; they are copper core. I am pretty sure the 7E-11s are copper too, but I may be wrong.

You're right...the BKR7E-11's are just copper V-groove plugs. Advance Auto usually has them (or can order them). You often have to mention the stock number 2983 (I think thats it).

somthing's strange about that, i was a the store today(Pepboys) and i looked and check to verify bkr7e-11's are copper, but on the side of the box it says platinum. i took it out just to make sure, and it's not that light goldish/brown color, it is indeed silvery. so maybe that's a new thing NGK is doing to the v-grooves. trust me i could tell the difference 'cause i used to have the copper ones as well, and i started noticing these coming in.

I believe you are correct about the copper ones. I have 2 boxes both from summit with the same part #'s on them, one box was copper and the other was a silvery color....
