is there anything that I should do before I start the car after i installed my turbo..its been sitting for about a week now. My friend told me to pull the spark plug wires and crank it for like 15 seconds to get oil everywhere...

Yes. You will want to prime the line that goes to the oil line. The best way to do this is to unhook it from the turbo, stick it in a jar, and have someone crank it until oil comes out. Bolt it back up, and you are all set to go. That's about all you need to do.
