I need help form someone. I still have not recieved my downpipe and they are no longer picking up the phone or returning my calls. I would either lik,e the down pipe or at least get my money back. This is bs. If anyone can help that would be awsome. (I posted in this section because this is where it all started)

Cereal5 lives close. He's actually there quite a bit and answered the phone several times when I called. I ended up emailing them several times and I finally got mine back (supposedly). It still hasn't been posted on my acct, but it only happened a day or two ago.

I talked to Mike (Cerial5) today. He said they refunded everyone their money and won't make the DP's. Mike also told me he will continue making them on his own time but will make them to order instead of taking orders and making them later.

I hope you guys used paypal with the credit card so you can at least dispute the cc charge with both companies.

I ended up emailing them several times (I think Brynden did as well from what he said). I also started leaving messages on the answering machine that I came to hear so often. Lateef said he refunded mine. I'll be there next week. If it's not on my card by then, I'll stop by and see what I can do.

I heard several weeks back that they weren't going to make them, but I thought everyone had dropped out except for me. I wasn't mad about the wait, but the fact that they kept our deposits when they had decided that they weren't going to make them is poor judgement on their part. I would imagine they'll do very little business w/ this board again. Not that that will hurt their business at all, but... it's best to be honest. They weren't.

Dude you not at fault. I mean, you, as a customer expects services when you pay someone +$100, not unanswered email, or ignored calls. I say fuckem and call the cc imo and let them deal with the cc company. Hell, that's why you're paying the cc company interest.

I work there. And I'm honestly just as mad about it as you guys are, as it makes me look like a complete ass.

I wanted to get ADFX into the 2gnt world, but the owner kept pushing back the DP's farther and farther, when bigger projects kept coming up and not to mention some serious employee drama. Unfortunately, I don't make any decisions around there, just take work orders and attempt to run the office.

I answer the phone every chance I get, but I'm in and out of the shop (see: shop bitch).

I have two downpipes done, and I'm going to continue to make more, but instead of doing some sort of group buy, I'm just going to wait until I have 5, and then box them up, and whenever somebody needs one, they can pay me and I can ship same day.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I got every body their refund... thank god it was only a deposit and not the full amount.

If there's still an issue, PM me, and I'll get you my cell phone number, which I can be contacted anytime of the day (although I'd prefer you know... normal hours)

-Mike

EDIT: And just to make you guys feel better about it later on, I'll bring whatever I've got up to the next Chicago area 2gnt meet.

FYI

Update: My refund was finally posted. It was run last week as Lateef said, but it just took a while for Citibank to post it.
