71011, Well, i solved some of my traction problems.

since i got my s25g running and boosting, ive starting doing more tuning and whatnot. but i realized that i get better traction with this. due to the fast its so big, for late spool up, i can get the car moving a little more since of that late spool. even from first to second i dont really rip the tires like i used to. i also have falken azenis, which seem to work really good.

when i had the s16g, i wouldnt even think about boosting in first.

azeins are going to suck if you want traction dude, they are auto x tires..
the sidewall is too stiff, you need a softer tire

azeins grip but not for drag purposes..

yeeup, i actually agree with evan. my first tires were the azenis and they handled better than they gripped in a straight line. the side walls were beefy

imo juet get wider tires...what are you rolling right now, 225's? get some custom chomoly FAT trailing arms for the front and solid front mount and some stiff skunk 2 drag launch springs up front? you'll have mofo traction

It was pure satisfaction for me to feel that "pull" in 3rd gear with your new turbo. Kinda makes me want one, but I wanna tune what I got first. Good thing you got an lsd, or you would still have traction issues! Thanks again for helping me with the fmic.

well id stay away from springs skunk2 makes, junk if you ask me
but yea new motor mounts and a bushing kit will elimitate wheel hop for the most part

but also make the ride a lot more firm, the mounts depending on which type you get or which ones you use will give the ride a bit more vibration

cheap way to do mounts is get window weld and fill your stock mounts..

i like the prothane ES bushing kit, but its a bish to install and hard to press out the oem mounts.. your going to need a big press and a nice flamethrower ahhaha..
