70988, White smoke out exhaust, low vacuum at idle, help plz!

Ok, I was turbo'd. Seals went up in the turbo, and the car was smoking like mad. Oil was really low after I got home that time. I took the turbo off and installed my old greddy header. The o2 sensor has been foul'd out with oil. I'm running 22PSI fuel pressure at idle with 335cc/m injectors and vortech sfmu. I'm going to replace that soon. My boost gauge reads between 18-20 when I first come to a stop from cruising, and then slowly drops to between 14-16. There are no visible/hearable vacuum leaks. Compression check came back 180 across the board, which is bad considering the motor only has maybe 15k miles on it, but I almost only hand tightened the compression tool it may have leaked a little. The car is still smoking white smoke while I drive. There are black specs around the muffler (unused fuel?) and there is thick black soot covering hte inside of the muffler (don't know if this is normal or not). The smoke could also just be oil burning up from inside the cat-converter. The turbo was apparently spitting 100% of it's oil feed into the exhaust, my muffler had a puddle of oil in it the day after it happened. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated. This damn car is driving me up the wall. IT HAS TO GO!

no cross posting.

try flushing out your exhaust or something.
