Finally I'm done(for now). I just needed some motivation.
I still need to do some things, but I'm driving itand it runs great. My biggest problem is BOV flutter, and the southern heat.

Imagestation sucks. You can take the pics url and paste it in the browser for it to work though. I like your car. Very clean.

1. your filter cover.
2. that vaccum(?) manifold on the passenger side. sorta triangular. is that the crusie control thingy? (i dont have one to know)
3. that vaccum manifold under your SFMU!

The blue box on the pass side is the cruise control box. The heat shield and filter are made by Injen, Get'em at ptuning.com
The got the vac. manifold from a guy that has a Honda shop next door to my shop. I just wanted a good source for my vac lines. Fuck a tee!

As you can see tim, I took your idea for the wastegate acculator bracket.:thumbsup I stil need to grind on it some more , but I just wanted to get this bish on the road again.

I ripped off the A/C system and added a new P&P Intake with Corbins spacer. I also made the 2.5" downpipe. That sucked cause I didn't have anything to compare it to. It feels good to have a car with some power again.

Thanx folks! It's a Hahn manifold and S16g,(they had them ceramic coated) but the rest is all put together and fabricated. I'm only running 5psi now. I wanna datalog and see how things are going, then I'll turn up the boost to about 9psi. I tried to make the setup for good flow. I tried to design the pipes for the best flow and thats also why I chose this intercooler. I tried to stay away from sharp bends on the downpipe, and had to remove the A/C system.

Does anyone know where I can get a good radiator hose that can take a good amout of heat? I'm gonna resurface and coat my downpipe this weekend and wrap it hopefully, but I don't feel to good about that hose there.

It's a vacuum distribution block. It just gives you a deicated vac source for your lines and keep from teeing off other lines. It's alot more organized that way too. I think you can get them from Mcmaster Carr and Juggalo posted a link to one a long time ago. I got it from the guy that owns the shop next to mine. I'll ask him where he got it from.
