I currently have my boost gauge on its own port on the back of the manifold. The BOV is also on its own port. I have the SFMU routed off the vac nipple located on the top of the Throttle body. Is there any disadvantage to doing this? does this vac nipple show the same amount of boost/vac that the intake manifold sees?

I'll take a stab at your question, but I'm not completely sure about this .... a close friend of mine from a Supra forum told me once your vaccum pressure should be pretty much consistent everywhere. If that is in fact true, then you should be fine. Hopefully somebody can elaborate .....:shrug

you are fine on your setup, i am positive. your vacuum should be steady everywhere once your car is started and idles (atleast thats what ive been told).
