i have 440cc injectors and the sfmu. now at idle my pressure is around 25psi and i cant get it any lower, i have the 2.72 disc with the ring that fits the closest(since im told there is not a direct matching ring for taht disc) and i have the hard dark spring installed, i cant get the pressure any lower, i have the top screw all the way out and all the ports closed up all the way, do i need that vaccum restricor on the boost/vac. line, will that help any, btw i plan on running 15lbs of boost with this set-up. how the hell are some of you guys goin all the way down to 10psi of fuel pressure, also is there suppose to be a spring retainer on both ends of the spring or just on the top side where the screw goes?

What is your fuel return line setup? If it is too restrictive you will not be able to lower your fuel pressure past a certain point.

its a larger than stock braided s.s line thats wut i dont understand. what if i would take the spring out completely, it seems to bring my fuel pressure at idle right where it needs to be, is the spring just used for idle, or will it affect my pressures under boost as well

Try using the longer, silver spring inside the SFMU. Its used to run lower idle fuel pressures. It may give a slightly less rate of gain on your fuel pressure though with whatever disk/ring you will use..

last quick question then i will go try the silver spring, is there suppose to be a spring retainer on both ends of the spring or just on the top side(whre the adjustment screw pushes down)
