hey, I am thinking about buying a 1995 rs. I know this might be a dumb question, but can I upgrade it to a turbo? if so what do I need to get and about how much will the cheapest but best product be?

all 2gnts are the same from 95-99, so if it works for any of those, it'll work for you, too. ;-)
Much of it is actually easier for us '95 owners, as our cars have a return fuel system from the factory.
