does anyone have a fuel diagram or know where the the return fuel line is i am tryin to hook a NOS nitrous kit

They don't really have a return line. The actual return line is about 10" long back by the gas tank where the fuel pressure regulator is.

WOOOOWW wait a sec if your 97-99 you dont have a fuel return line. Just use the test port at the end of your fuel rail. Do a search and you'll find pics. Just remove the cap and the schrader valve and attach your fuel line.
