I've made the decision to go turbo now. To make my goal of 170 at the wheels I figured I need to push about 8psi. My question is what size injectors should I be looking at. obviously I am going the cheapskate route here. also any recomendations on the fuel delivery route fmu, fpr, etc....By the way I'm a 95

Depending on what your setup is....

You can run 8psi on the stock injectors although getting 310's w/ a smaller fmu disk might not be a bad idea. The star kit comes w/ a 12:1 fmu riser for the stock injectors. I've run~8psi now for almost 70K miles and had no significant problems.

Keep in mind that 8psi w/ a 12:1 riser puts you at 150psi fuel pressure theoretically. Even the HP walbro fuel pump can't supply that. Not the safest idea, but it's the cheapest.

30 lbs injectors will be fine. just get the SFMU and dont bother with the FMU. just do it and save yourself the headache. you will pass 170 to the wheels. i dynoed 189whp with a t-25 and crappy sidemount.

so I can keep the stock injectors and just get a sfmu? I'm probably going to use the thunderbird turbo or I have a .48 t3 sitting in my room right now. I am custom fabbing everything that I can. I know that jr's fmu is supposedly like the sfmu in that it goes beyond the normal fmu rising rate. Any other suggestions to simplify this fuel system?
