My thinking is they want this to be a secret so other producers of turbo kits won't imitate it for a cheaper price. I never talked to them, so wouldn't know.

Apparently if you want the setup you do have to call them. But what's keeping other companies from calling and asking for it then making a knock-off of it anyway? Nobody else visits here since we're pretty much shunned in the DSM community anyway so why not just make a post about it?

I agree that they probably don't want to discuss it openly and give other producers a chance to copy them. I am guessing that since the creator of Chill Factor was a former HRC employee, then maybe they especially don't want them to know. Hell, even they make HRC downpipes. Then again, HRC should have made downpipes for us 420 owners. :shrug

I am pretty sure this has been going on for 2+ years. Everytime I talk to Hahn they say the stage III and higher will be out next month....I have been hearing that for a long time. Also a lot of time they don't return my emails. It's wierd when you have spent thousands of dollars with a company and want to spend thousands more and it seems like they are not interested in your business. It is too bad we don't have more options.

^^ I'm right there w/ you... I think they have done a lot, and I am very happy for the exposure they have given us, but their customer relations suck ass... you can always call their 'new orders' line and get a salesman, but no other department will pick up the phone.. they might call you back, they might not.. And producing new fuel mods, and calling it a secret and 'you have to call to find out' is umm, silly to say the least...

from a sales standpoint its silly...

but last i heard the RS is sitting in a garage covered. they are working on other projects now.

If you spray a 150 shot of nitrous in a 2gnt with drag slicks, it's gonna go pretty fast. If you go back and read their post, you'll see they did it on spray. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
You could do the same thing on your own, if that was your goal.
The fuel system setup is very basic.

There are plenty of people on this message board that make a lot of power with their car already, but are not interested in devoting substantial time and money for a drag specific setup to run some quick ET's. Just ask some these guys how they are tuning the cars for more boost.

there are a few of us who DO know there is something more. Im just unlucky enough to have not gotten to actualy talk to bill himself as others did.

The RS has a broken block, but it was not broken from a run. I don't think they have fixed it yet.

Its fixed,going back on the dyno this week and to Dimwiddie NDRA next weekend.Made some changes.Should improve on its 10.87 and will have a new pilot.
