start it up and let it get warm... Then take it to a long stretch and do third gear pulls from 30-65 about 30 times. Then take it easy on the motor for the first 1k miles. I didn't take it above 3k for about 300+.
I have this all written down, ill edit tom.

Don't use synthetic oil, use regular oil. I did the pulls from 30-60 about 20 times, then took it easy for 200 miles. At 200 miles I changed the oil and turned the boost up to 16 psi. 15k miles later and still running strong. I started using mobil1 synthetic 5w-30 at 4500 miles.

i ran the motor for 20 minutes and changed the filter+oil.. did the 40-55 pulls for about 200 miles, changed filter+oil again...(no boosting never over .. prolly 4,000rpm) and just went easy on it in general for another 500 miles, changed oil+filter a final time, replacing it with a full synthetic and a NICE filter.

i know i probably killed off a few dozen endangered species but... at least my motor is in good shape.. lol

should i be runing boost during the 30 to 60 pulls? and if so whut should i be runing for boost press? it may be a dumb question but i have a lot of time and money in this motor and just want to be carefull. i ahve 215 miles on the new motor shuld i still make the pulls?

Ok.. word of advise..... I was boosting from the get go after i had a fully built motor with REALLY strong internals.... I raced a turbo jetta at around 700miles.... fucked my rings up and now im re-ringing and baring my motor... never take it over 4000rpm during break in if you cant help it... but dont baby it eaither...
