Well Its not the fmu its the catback its rubbing on the heatsheild. But I can build boost at wide open throttle I just cant in between vac and boost at part throttle. Is this a problem with the missing link or is it somthing else??? The car hits like 0 vac and cuts off untill I let off or go wide open. What is this and how can I fix it?

Yeah, that's fuel cut. you can use a missing link or a voltage clamp to solve the problem. I have parts to build another voltage clamp if you want one. Or pickup the missing link, it's about $60 I think.

I have the missing link.Whats involved with the voltage clamp thing. Also could the 1G BOV be leaking air and screwing up the missing link?
