i just got my JE pistons which i thought were going to be 8.8, but turned out to be custom made 9.6 stock compression...why, i dont know...but im planning on running 15-18psi with a 14b....how much harder will it be to tune with these compared to the 8.8's? is there a horsepower ratio for the two pistons so i could do some fuel estimates? thanks

haha, ouch, no replies. did you call je? did they tell you what you have for sure?

yeah...stock compression, or a little lower like 9.25-9.6 range he said...they were custom made stock bore pistons and i need to order a different set of wrist pins... so im going to guess stock compression and i just wanted to see how much harder it would be to tune and what i risk running higher compression

shouldnt be that hard to tune with. just make sure to get 93.

yea detonation will own you if you dont take necessary precautions, you'll be making well over 300whp at your said boost pressure though :)

i highly reccommend water injection
