67040, HRC Oilpan Bulkhead fitting?

Can anyone tell me what size or part number this is? this part was not included in my kit and I need to order one up. Thanks.
OR
Will any -8 or -10 AN bulkhead fitting work. According to the HRC instructions they use a washer with o-ring of somesort.

The washer they include has an o-ring on the 'inside' portion. Where they tell you to tap the pan is stupid and curved so it doesn't work so well. I just had the fitting minus the washer welded on.
