It is kinda scary isn't it... but in reallity they shouldn't need calibraed once Bruce and Al have all the stuff in software done... because the Bosch LSU4.2 sensors are calibrated with a resistor built into the socket... hmmm

I'm sure thing's will be easier once they get it going...

Bruce says it's a few months off yet though... grrr. I'm so impatient! :bash

i love being able to read boost, fuel pressure, rpm, wideband, air intake and egt all at the same time, real time out put to the screen and logged.

How do you like it?

ive been running it for about 2 months now. its absolutely great. software updates come out all the time and updates to the unit come out all the time. like i said in my previous post, i like being able to log just about anything i want to.

Soon as I convince the little woman... :thumbsup

edit: too bad it doesn't log... actually i think it does.. i read that it comes with a serial port.

yeah but for the money i would still rather have a techedge unit because i can compare everything at one time.. not individual things and have no way to corrilate them.

yeah, the techedge is pretty cool, i'd rather just have a standard size guage though I can look at while tuning the fuel map in calmap on the fly, might not be the best way to go about it, but I think it will work fine for the minor here and there tuning I usually do.

I have the obd-2 software to log all the factory ecu data, as well as calmap to log everything the dfi's tapped into. But if I didn't have all the other stuff already, i'd probably get a techedge.

The AEM guage does look nice... shame its so expensive!

Although most wideband systems will give out a standard narrowband like signal... so you could hook any of them up to a standard o2 guage.... and depending on the calibration it would work pretty sweet.

I have one of the DIY WB boards... but I don't have one of the NTK sensors... I think I may just buy an NTK sensor and use that...
I do have an Bosch LSU4.2 sensor also... but you can't use it with the one bard I have... doh!.

Yea, and all these widebands kits we're talking about will be a hundred bucks in a year or 2, heh. Technology! hehe
