Yeah for normal people a bov install would be a breeze but not for me.

If you're familiar with the Turbo XS RFL or Type H34 there's 3 little screws and nuts for them. They screw in through the base of the bov and secure it to the piping and then the nut screws into place to hold it there. Well for some gay reason I can't get 2 of the screws to thread through. They'll stop halfway and not move. I've tried using pliers to get a hold of them and crank them in but no luck. The threads don't looked stripped on the screw or in the bov. I don't get it. Would I be able to get away with just having that 1 screw hold the bov on the piping since it fits on so tightly anyway w/o the screws? I just don't want the bov to shoot off when I blowoff.

Don't the three threads use an "allen wrench" type of adjustment thingy. It's a small pentago shape (sorta like the screws that come on the hrc turbo manifold). I bought a set of allen screw wrench thing and used that to tighten the bolts on the bov.

You mean how the openings on the end of the screw is a hexagon shape? Yeah I was going to try using an allen but didn't have one that was the right size. I'll keep looking for it though. Thanks.

EDIT: Found one! And the peasants rejoiced!

I jammed my RFL on real tight and only have 2 of those screws secured on there. Hasn't fallen off yet.
