6584, finally, I got my car (waited for 3 weeks)

Finally, I got mmy car back after installed a HRC stage 2 turbo kit!! I've enjoyed the boost all the day!! :)
Do you know how much they charged me? Turbo kit + FMIC + turbo timer + S-AFC and couple gauges..................
$1525.........................
I just tired of argued with them..and only want my car back..and I told to myself..Never go to the shop again!!!!!they suck!!
There are couples of problems I would need you guys to help..

1.The noise of fuel pump is very very loud even in the car. Is that normal? or The shop didn't install it well?

2. I just can reach 5 psi only..why? I'm supposed to reach 8 psi for a Stage 2 +FMIC, right?

3. The fuel pressure is around 32-34 (not stable) when my car is idle..Is that normal?

That's why I said the shop "SUCKS"!!!

DAMN!!!! I would fight them on that!!!! 1500!!!!!!! Thats a GRIP of money for an install!!!!! Sorry I can't really help you on your problems. Your fuel pump is suppose to be loud, your boost would only depend on the wastegate spring, ask HRC what they sent you, and your fuel pressure...sorry I'm not sure. I'm sure others can help you with all your problems!! Glad you got your car back though!!!

Whats up Kuan? The fuel pressure needs to be 48-52 psi according to HRC.

Would you mind write the detail down for me again? Then I can print it and show the shop how to adjust it...sorry to borrow you ...but Thanks!!! :)

On the FPR there is an allen wrench hole that has a bolt around it. You put the allen wrench (i think 3/16ths) in the hole and loosen the bolt that is around it. After the bolt is loose you turn the allen wrench clockwise just a little bit. It should raise the idle fuel pressure. Then when you have it at the right pressure( 48-52 psi) you tighten the bolt while holding the allen wrench so it doesnt move and change the setting. Pretty easy!!! Good luck!!!
