Has anybody tried to take their car (with turbo kit on) to a mitsubishi dealer, and tried to get something fixed under warranty.

YA, he he he...once. My third break light went out after I got my turbo kit. I brought it in and they didn't even think twice about it. I didn't wanna do it, but that bulb cost $8 dollars. and that bulb want out twice before I got my turbo.

What do you mean by "they didn't think twice about it"? Did they fix it? What did they say when they saw your turbo?

I'd like to remind everyone, that under Federal Consumer Protection laws, adding modifications to a vehicle in no way voids the warranty. However, if said modification is an obvious cause of the problem, the dealer/manufacturer is not liable for that particular repair.
In other words, they can't refuse to fix a break light because you have a completely non-related turbo, but if the clutch fails or you blow a head gasket, thats another story...since the turbo is obviously at the root of the problem.
