i'm gonna be getting a stage I HRC kit and only boosting about 5-7 psi. i was wondering if there is anywhere that i can get the main gauges that i need that are made to fit in the HUD. i don't want to have gauges all over the inside of my car, and what gauges do i really need w/only a stage I and boosting 5-7psi?

um, our cars dont have a heads-up display
but if you want you can get the autometer cluster bezel and use 2 52mm gauges in there, but you need AT LEAST three gauges so you will still need a place to stick some more. lotsa gauges isnt a bad thing if you got the boost to back it up. i dont........yet

I'm with you...I HATE a bunch of gauges!!! I only have two...boost and air/fuel. I want to get an ETG gauge cause that's the best one to have!! I recomend you getting that one along with your boost gauge, cause you need the boost gauge. I just have to figure out a place to put it...I don't want more on the A-piller or on my dash. I was thinking about behind the air vent on the door ( hidden from everyone else, but the driver could still see it ), I would put the A/F behind there since it's easer to see, but that will restrict the AC! I don't know...just my .02 cents

I have a solution for those of you who don't want an a-pillar mount. Here's yoru boost gauge: http://www.machv.com/headupdisboo.html Then get the autometer instrument cluster bezel and an EGT and say A/F Meter for the bezel. Three gauges no A-Pillar. However this isn't exactly cheap...

has anyone used the projection boost gauge from mach v? is it any good?

Wow you actually found a place to get the bezel clusters at. there isn't any place locally that caries it. But dayam 80 bucks that pretty steep, I thought it was like 70. I'll go print the catalogue out and bring it to a speed shop b4 I pay that 80 bucks. Nebody know a cheaper place?
