OK what size exhaust stud (comes with the star kit)is in the bottom of the manifold. And what sizes can we use for the rest and where can we get them?

metric , 1.25 pitch, 8mm length is up to you. pls get no less than grade 8, higher if possible.

I go the 4G63 studs from the dealer. They are not that expensive at all ( I got a discount also )I believe the ones you want are the 8mm ones.

correct, 8mm 4g63 exhuast studs and matching bolts. Dealers seen to not have them around here and you might have better luck ordering them from RRE
