Elo all. I just drove a long way to upstate NY to pickup an ebay item I won. I was wondering if I should install it now, since my other aftermarket exhaust is inexpensive and looking nasty now or wait until I order and install the turbo system? I am not handy with cars and don't know if installing it now will cause any difficulties for later installations of a catalytic converter and the turbo kit itself. Any help is greatly appreciated. You know how you get when you have parts just lying around and waiting for installation, you get all anxious. ;P I am also debating on the Supra taillight conversion or not, too many Altezza running around NJ now... =T My boy just got a 98 3.0L V6 Coupe, hella fast and is trying to persuade me to do the same custom door he's planning on getting. Which is the Lamborgini (sp?) lift up doors. lolz...I might be crazy enough to do it with him. =oP
Laying in the room: -Tokico Illumina Adjustable Shocks, Progress Camber Correction Kit, Blitz Body Kit, Greddy SP Exhaust System...
By August hopefully: -Boosting a Stage II or III turbo kit with FMIC, 18" Wheel/Tires, Carbon Fiber Hood, Z3 Fenders, M3 Mirrors, Shaved Keyhole and Antenna, APR GT-II Wing, Hood Scoop (eh bite off?), Custom Paint coat...

how much is it going to cost him to do that to his doors? and my opinion would be, on the exhaust, wait until you go turbo if it's 3" exhaust, if not, either way.
Matt 95 Eclipse GS my babys stock right now, few months and i should be boostin' with NER!

i wouldn't put it on...i had that exhaust- it's too small...i mean, it's better than stock, but you should really just go for a 3 inch exhaust...it will be more christian

Don't get me wrong, 3" is the BEST way to go. But wouldn't the sp be ok if your not planning on running extreme boost levels.
With a bigger exhaust your turbo will love u more:-), but I think if your planning on a mild level of boost like 5 pounds you should be ok (for right now anyways). You wont hurt your turbo or anything. If your going turbo a long term goal for you might be an engine rebuild with better pistons, rings, rods, etc. So along w/ that long term goal you might want to also think about a larger (3") exhaust.
