fluttering = compressor surge.

check your vac source.

what are you talkin about dude? compressor surge skitttters, you'll know if you get it. its a very distinct sound.

my guess is you aren't running high enough boost to get it to blow off fully, besides....3k rpm's is low anyway, of course its going to flutter. how much boost are you running? did you hook up the vaccum line?

^^ hes right.. nothing wrong with a flutter

plus you were at 3k, i doubt enough pressure was even built up to make anything

plus at low boost the S isnt all that loud

mine blows off then make sa lil canary type noise like its winding down

Put your intake filter on the inlet instead of using the pipe

I have the same problem. To be honest I hate the damn fluttering. I was not sure if I didnt know how to tune it right, if it did it cause I only boost 9 psi, or it was just suppose to do it. How can you fix it or is there any bov that does not flutter like that?
