Yeah most of the time they'll use a smaller turbo's exhaust turbine and combine it with a larger turbo's compressor side. So you have the advantage of having a smaller exhaust turbine that will spin faster which in turn is spinning your bigger compressor. :thumbsup

the ammount of power a turbo can make is related to its size. so hybrid turbos and make 500whp. and the explanation they ^^ gave on what a hybrid is, is correct.
