My setup is almost complete with one problem,I bought the wrong size of injectors. I got the Accel 24# for my secondary. I'm not really boosting high cuz' I only got factory internals. My plan is to only boost 9psi. My primary will be the factory injectors. What will I set the fuel pressure at with that size of injectors? BTW I'm going to use an aeromotive 1:1 FPR, and I got the Star stage II turbo kit.:shrug

Yeah I know. I'll rebuilt later on with forge internal. But for now I just wanna try this 8-injector setup and see if its better than my current setup right now. I just wanted to get more experienced on this setup before I go to more extreme.:+

if your using stock injectors use stock fuel pressure 47-51psi... i ran 9psi for over 15,000miles with no problems... the problems started once i did 12psi which only lasted a few months...

Yikes. Bigger balls than I will ever have. I'll stick to my 5-6 psi until the rebuild thank you very much.

That size injector is fine. Think of it this way, they're a little bit bigger than your stock injectors so stock+those=more than twice as much potential as just the stockers alone. Essentially, you'll have about 300 hp worth of fuel on tap, so that should be fine, especially with stock internals. Also, when you run an 8-injector setup using stock injectors as the primaries - you don't have to change the fuel pressure at all. Leave it at stock ~45-50 psig.

Yes stock, but after 40k she finally blew part of the HG, mind you not completely.

Yeah my stock motor poped the HG when I hit 12 psi. The internals were fine.

Run 45 psi on your 8 injector setup, sir.
