Good idea, however I only think that it's actually worth it on the hottest, muggiest days of the year where heatsoak may occur. Other than that I think that most intercoolers are efficient enough to go without.

If I was bored and had energy I might contruct one for the gains it may provide, but I dont think thats gonna happen anytime soon.

Nope. It may allow me to run a higher boost with less knock, but I have to believe the gains would be marginal.

I'd rather make/buy a CO2 sprayer

I made an ic sprayer for about a dollar and some change a while back. Since im an rs and dont have a back wiper, i found a rear washer reservoir for free and then got some hose and misters from lowes. I am going to make myself a co2 sprayer sometime. I have 2 9oz tanks from my paintball days and a coiled remote(coiled hose with an open close valve)that im gonna use in makin this. Didnt see the article talkin about tho just wanted to tell how i made mine. You gotta have the blue things that you put inline with the misters tho so once you turn it off it stops the water from all leakin out I just robbed the ones from my windshield sprayers.
