60706, Those with the STAR kit or WG w/ a DT Posted by Chamuko, Nov-14-03 06:40 AM
what did you guys do to take care of the really short WG DT? My options Im thinking of are flexible exhaust pipe and exteding it to the ground. Only place I foudn for this is RRE, not bad since they are local.
My kragend and autozone dont carry it.
My other option is finding an online store for it, or solid pipe and get that bent.
As of now back into the DP might not be an option, it looks like those that have done this run into routing problems. That and it looks like it will be even more difficult to remove the DP and it might Crack.
That reminds me, I also need a flex section Anyone?

Yeah , From hadesomega and others it looks comnplicated. Theres also the issue of finding the best location so that it flows good, and doesnt disrupt the flow of the Dp as much.
Where did you weld yours? Pics?

just put and extention on it. Don't route back into the DP, it causes too much back pressure.
