60678, Oil in #1 Cylinder.... Worried... (kinda long)

Sigh... guys.
I had alot of fun yesterday.
I boost around at 6PSI all day yesterday
and I looked closely to my EGT, A/F, Fuel Pressure and boost gauge.
My EGT never go above 800C (1470F)degree. when I do WOT, my A/F is reading 1.050 so I am kinda rich, but it won't hurt.
And my fuel pressure goes up to 60PSI at 5PSI boost, then when I floor it to 6PSI, it shoot up to 70-80PSI.. so I should deifnitely have enough fuel.

Now, today, I figure I should double check everything, and I took off the wiring for all 4 cylinder, and I found dripping oil on the first cylinder sparkplug, oil dripping from both the sparkplug and the wire.

I am very worried, did I fucked up my engine block?
or just my valve cover gasket is old?

My engine has about 80K miles on it. It was WELL maintained and NEVER have a problem.
Even now, when I drive, it has no smoke from the tail, and no sign of any bad sound or so... ... what could it be?

Try to make me feel better guys!
Thanks!
Gil

It's your spark plug gasket and if you had searched for "oil in my plug well" you would have found it by now. That topic has been discussed here at least 500 times. But yes it's easy get the gasket set and change it all out it should only take about 1 hour.

THanks alot you both!
I know... I actually changed my G/F eclipse's Valve gasket also (remember I also rebuilt an engine before ;) )

But I am so worried and scared, coz this is my first time turbo charging my car...so anything (seems) abnormal will make me VERY worried. But thanks again guys!

I greatly appreciated!
Gil :thumbsup :thumbsup

So now I can continue to BOOST!

I would bet it was from those damn rubber plug things that rest between the head and the valvecover. Mine did something similar but on #3. Took me like 15 min to change it out. BTW it 'looked' ok but was not. Dunno why. I changed it out and no oil in spark plug well.
