hey guys my turbo is starting to smoke. it is smoking near the turbo housing and the exhaust manifold. i think it is oil leaking on the manifold. what is causing this?????????????????????

Can you visualy see any oil on it? What color is the smoke? Also could it be an exhaust leak? Do you hear any ticking? Just some things to check for. the color is white, i do hear some little ticking from the belts. i dont see the oil though. please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!thanks MIKE

mine smoked, it was because my oil dump line on the turbo wasnt big enough. check your line and see if you have oil coked in the dump tube. that will cause oil to build up in the turbo and dump over into the exhaust side

white & sweet = coolant blue-ish = oil black-ish = fuel, too rich.
