What about where the BOV goes into the Vac. tree on the manifold
how do you connect it and connect the vapor return..


Three ports orng.
One: to vapor.
one: to curse box.
one: to EGR conrol.

Tee the reg,boost gauge egr control into one??
But there not another tee for the vapor and the BOV to go in at the same time!????

Anyone?????

Sorry I was late with the response. Busy day...

I'm a tad confused with your question, but I undertstand your concerns regarding the vacuum line hook ups. It can be confusing if you're doing this for the first time...

First, look at the barb(looks like a 3 pringed pitch fork) on the back of the intake plenum on the passenger side of the car. This barb with it's already existing vacuum lines will satisfy ALL of your vacuum needs.

If I remember correctly, I used two Tees off the right side(driver's side) of the vacuum barb on the back of the intake plenum for (1) the boost guage and (2) the FPR. If you notice, that side has a smaller diameter vacuum line. That's why it works well as far as fitting the above mentioned devices.

Now, for your question regarding the BOV specifically. It IS a larger diameter vacuum line and if you look on the LEFT side(Passenger side) of the barb on the back of the intake plenum, there is a larger port for a larger vacuum line. Tee into that line somewhere along the pre-existing stock vacuum line with a larger sized tee and bring that tee'ed line to the BOV. Pretty simple and don't be concerned if you weren't supplied with enough vacuum tees to satisfy your vacuum needs. Go to ANY auto parts store and get the tee you need with of course the appropirate size. Remember, the BOV vacuum line is a larger diameter vacuum line and you should have been supplied with an accordingly larger diameter line. That size will be very close if not the same as the pre-existing vacuum line on the left side of that barb I've already mentioned above.
