60011, Winter oil for turbo 420A?

What would you guys say is the best motor oil for a turbo 420A during winter? It gets pretty cold in Illinois and I'd like my car to start. Last year I think I used 10W30 but I always have those stupid RPM bobbles when the car first started up. Wondered if maybe a thinner oil would be better for that but I didn't want to get too thin of an oil because of the turbo.

I've been using 10w30 too, I'm in WI. It's been working fine for me.

Well the RPM bobbles are not because of the oil, that's all because of the cars ECU. On cold startup days there is supposed to be a high idle. Sometimes it bobbles, but this is all a function of the sensors and circuts not the oil.
