hey gilee I found your problem i am totally positive that you did not dissable the stock fuel preassure regulator on the 95 fuel rail. trust me on this. you have to take out the stock fuel preassure regulator and cut it in half just like corbins website states. once you do this you'll idle at 20psi but it won't go lower than that because the 95 return line is tiny and it keeps preassure built up in that line. trust me on this if you wanna go lower tha 20psi at idle you'll have to run a bigger return line the size of 3/8 fuel line back to the tank. trust me i got a 95 and my sfmu would not go below 20psi untill i ran a bigger return line. do this gilee take the stock fuel preassure regulator off and cut it in half where stated on corbins website than put it back on the rail, than do not hook up the sfmu at all yet. put your return line back to stock than check your fuel preassure it should be 20psi, without the Sfmu hooked up at all thatz the best way to see if you dissconnected the stock fuel preassure regulator. don't worry your car will still start at 20 psi with stock injectors. if not run a 97 fuel rail ..

ok here is my ? about 440cc injectors what are you guys idleing at with the 440cc what psi so i can at least get close with the fuel trims and what disc are you guys using i don't have a dattalogger but i need a rough figure. watz the static and idle numbers to get kinda close and what fuel preassure should i be at 15psi. i'm using the 2.72 disc right now

Here is a pic of the 95 fpr, and where to cut to disable it.

Could you photoshop it up - to show us what you did? Here is Corbin's page on disabling the fpr - http://www.2gnt.com/www/corbin/fpr.html . I agree with Tommyboy - I don't think your FPR is disabled.

Hey tommy boy.. for the idle fp. seems like evryone runs a different fuel pressure at idle. i for one run it at like 12psi. Ik now some people have had no problems with it at almost stock fuel pressure. just crank the car on witht he vacuum line attached to the sfmu and turn the screw (start with a higher fp the closer to stock the better) see how much the computer can lean out... if its still choaking then lower the fp.. let it sit and see what the computer does.. if still too rich.. then lower some more, wait for the computer... keep repeating until you hit a setting where the computer can lean the mixture enough to let the car idle fine.

if you have an safc you migh want to use it to help lean it out at idle thus helping you idle at a higher fuel pressure.

hope that helps.
